Sunday, December 7th & Sunday, January 25th
1-4p.m.
at Prasada
a Collaborative Arts & Healing Space

By deeply listening to the experience of the body while engaging our most powerful communicator--our voice, we become fluid in authentic expression and sing the song of our soul.

Through exercises that bring us into deep listening, connection and expression, in this 3 hour workshop we will begin to:

• loosen old structures of restraint and judgement that can inhibit expression

• understand and clear chakras for centering, balancing and opening

• learn tools for self-healing to remove disease, discomfort and emotional blockages

This workshop is offered in 2 segments--the first workshop will be an introduction to tools, techniques and
experiences above; the second will go deeper into the transformative aspects of these teachings.
$40 for one class or a discounted rate of $70 to attend both classes.
To pre-register, email Carrie: musicasavoice@gmail.com, or call: 347-504-5238
