Self-Care Through Voice Healing Work

Picture
One of our greatest strengths is our inner voice. That voice within our minds that shapes our ideas about life, that helps us to speak our truth when facing adversity and gives us the ability to craft our relationships with the outer world, yet some of us spend our lives suppressing our true nature- our true voice, our true desires in life.

Voice healing work can be powerful beyond measure when we are able to tap into that place within ourselves that knows speaking our truth is worth the vulnerability and fear of retaliation from our family, friends or society. Unlocking our inner world through our voice box- our outer world becomes more vibrant and more expansive. We step into our real authentic selves and transform the world we have been living to one we really want to live.

Imagine what it would be like to be able to communicate your thoughts freely, in a safe space that allows you to feel completely filled as a human being? Most people don't associate self-care with healing voice work, but they go hand-in-hand in helping us know what we want and what we don't and shedding the inhibitions of our own perception and judgements through finding our new voice of understanding.

Some ways in which we can tap into our own voice healing work, is to allow ourselves to explore our own self-expression, inspiration, creativity and imagination.

What is it that you truly seek in your life? Through creating our own mantra in my group classes and workshops, we focus our attention on manifesting what we want. This is one way we create a self-care activity that provides us with a healthy state of being.

A mantra is a recited phrase that can help change the circumstances within our lives. To do this, we need to express our true desire. The Sanskrit translation for mantra means "to free from the mind"- what we desire in our minds wants to be freed so that we can express it out into the world and manifest its existence. On a deeper level, the very act of producing sound with the mantra is energy-sound based, which produces a physical vibration and energetic vibration that translates to our inner core, our subconscious mind, quiets our mind from chatter and allows us to go into a deeper state of consciousness. It also helps us manifest what we want in our lives through the habitual practice of the mantra we use or create. The Mantra has been around since the beginning of Vedic Hinduism and can be adopted in this lifetime to create the abundance and inner peace sought by those interested.

This is only one type of experience that can help you create a voice healing self-care practice that can transform your life into positive means. For more information or to schedule a session with me, click on the services tab on my homepage. Blessings and Namaste!
